U-Xap Calendar

Zapping an Event means:
Taking an Event and sending it somewhere or to someone. Sending it to Personal Calendar or to another Calendar you are the owner of. Sending it to a friend in the form of an email, or to a predetermined group of people in the form of an Email List. Sending it directly to your Outlook Program.

Click the Zap Event Icon anywhere in this site to begin Zapping.

On the Zap An Event pop-up page, check-off the Public and/or Private Calendar(s) [left section] that you'd like to Zap the Event to. Then click the "Zap Events" button.

On the Zap An Event pop-up page, type the Email Addresses [middle section] that you'd like to Zap the Event to. If you wish, choose to add to the Email Subject Line or Email Body Copy and then click the "Zap Events" button.

On the Zap An Event pop-up page, check-off the Email List(s) [middle/right section] that you'd like to Zap the Event to. If you wish, choose to add to the Email Subject Line or Email Body Copy and then click the "Zap Events" button.

On the Zap An Event pop-up page, Select the Outlook check box [right section] to Zap the Event to your Outlook Program. Then click the "Zap Events" button.
